Has the crazy lunatic legend R.A. The Rugged Man gone soft? The Rugged Man was once the most feared rapper in the industry…blackballed and banned from record label offices, recording studios, and performing in the United States. Now, this hip-hop renegade is debuting his most unexpected video to date, the Father’s Day special “Bang Boogie”. Starring R.A.’s 4-month old daughter making her action debut, “Bang Boogie” finds the notoriously combative Rugged Man doing battle with his most challenging opponent yet: fatherhood. Check out “Bang Boogie” to witness the evolution of an artist who will murder you lyrically while pushing a baby stroller. Legends Never Die in stores now.

Since debuting on the classic 3rd Bass single “The Gas Face”, hip-hop folk hero MF DOOM has remained one of the most interesting figures in the rap universe. In an era when touring is paramount and most artists are more accessible than ever, DOOM has also managed to cultivate an aura of mystery by refusing to show his face, shunning social media, rarely performing live, and occasionally sending masked imposters to perform in his place. For these reasons, DOOM‘s 2005 project Live From Planet X remains a historic document. Originally released on CD only, the album is now available on vinyl for the first time ever, complete with new artwork and metallic foil print. Broadcasting from an undisclosed location, Live From Planet X offers fans a chance to experience the exceedingly rare genius of an MF DOOM performance with crisp, “straight from the soundboard” live audio recordings. Recorded before the release of the classic DOOM x Madlib collaboration Madvillainy, this collection also features DOOM performing Madvillain classics for the first time ever. Check out the historic “Accordion” performance below.

In total, Live From Planet X contains over 50 minutes of live recordings spanning classic DOOM albums like Operation Doomsday, Madvillainy, MM…FOOD?, and more. Pre-order is now available.
